I like trying out and collecting famous recipes in Andhra Pradesh, particularly Rayala Seema recipies.
Kaaram is one of my favorite dish in my collections.
Here are some details.
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes,
- 6 dry chilies,
- 2 small onion,
- 4 pcs garlic,
- Some salt and chili powder etc..
- Cut tomatoes, chilies, onions, garlic
- Add them with salt into a mixi jar and grind it for some time until it becomes smooth
- Take this out into a vessel and put on the burning stove
- Add some water and wait for bubbles
